About Us: Who We Are
MLT Plumbing & Heating specialise in all aspects of domestic boiler maintenance and fitting – including boiler installations, boiler repairs and boiler servicing – as well as central heating installation services, landlord safety checks, gas appliance installation and domestic plumbing works.
Founded by Mitchell Thomas in 2007, MLT pride themselves on offering a professional, friendly and expert service to homeowners, landlords and letting agents in Plymouth and the surrounding areas, as well as across South Devon and East Cornwall.
With more than a decade of experience as plumbers and heating engineers, the company have earned a reputation as a reliable and highly rated local company.

Boiler Repair, Installation and Maintenance:
Whether you need a new boiler to replace you old and inefficient one, need your boiler repaired or simply want us to carry out an annual boiler service, we’re on hand to help!
Central Heating Services:
MLT provide a wide range of heating services, with everything from radiator installation and setting up smart thermostats to installing brand new central heating systems and administering central heating treatments offered by the team.
General Plumbing Services:
From blocked drains and overflow repairs to bathroom installation and replacing taps, MLT carry out a wide range of domestic plumbing works in and around the Plymouth area, South Devon and East Cornwall.
Landlord Gas Safety Inspections:
We can carry out gas safety checks and issue CP12 certificates to landlords, letting agents, housing associations, property managers and estate agents in Plymouth and across the South Devon and East Cornwall region.
