What is MagnaCleanse?
If you’re finding that your radiators aren’t heating up evenly (i.e. with cold spots or a cold bottom and warm top), your pipes are hot but your radiators are cold, you’re having to wait a long time for the system to heat up or you’re seeing discoloured water when you bleed a radiator, then you could definitely benefit from a MagnaCleanse heating system treatment.
A MagnaCleanse is designed to remove any debris in your heating system. This means any rust, dirt or sludge that’s accumulated over the years will be removed. Over time, a substance called magnetite can build up in central heating systems. This substance gradually hardens, becoming more difficult to remove. However, using a specially designed agitator, filter and chemical solution, we can purge the magnetite from your system and clear the pipework.
In just a few hours, we can fully cleanse your system. Not only will this improve system efficiency, but it’ll extend the lifespan of your heating system and provide ongoing, effective protection.
In addition, if you’re having a new boiler installed, it’s recommended that a heating system treatment is performed prior to fitting. This step prevents your new system from being contaminated and clogged up by the debris and gunk from your old boiler.
